Matt and Gill have just returned from Bulgaria where they have examined the eyes of over 250 needy people in orphanages and residential homes for the elderly. Over 300 pairs of spectacles were issued to people who would otherwise not have access to eyecare due to extreme poverty.
Many thanks to all our patients who have donated their old spectacles to us, without your generosity we would not have been able to meet the need of these people.
